60-Day Challenge

The 60-Day Challenge is a free meal plan designed to be used in conjunction with Strength Stack 52 games.  Simply play 3-5 Stack 52 card games or dice games per day and follow the meal plan.  Your body and mind will change for the better.  60 days is all it takes; you’ll be hooked on the results!  The 60-Day Challenge includes:

  • 3 meals and 1 snack every day for 8 full weeks
  • A grocery list for each week
  • A recipe for each meal that requires preparation
